At Gethsemane Ministries International in Columbus, Georgia, we are blessed to celebrate the strength, character, and spiritual leadership of men in our congregation this International Men’s Day . Honouring Godly Manhood International Men’s Day is a meaningful reminder of the role men play in their families, the Church, and the broader community. As believers, we see godly manhood exemplified in men who lead with humility, walk in faith, serve with love, and model Christ-like strength. Biblical Foundations Throughout Scripture, men are called to lead, serve, love, and protect. At Gethsemane Ministries, we encourage men to live out their calling—not through worldly power, but through spiritual integrity, prayer, stewardship, and sacrificial love. Our mission is to equip men to be spiritual fathers, mentors, and servants in the Kingdom of God. Building Spiritual Brotherhood A vital part of our ministry is fostering brotherhood —spaces where men can grow together, support each other, and be strengthened in faith. On International Men’s Day, we will highlight testimonies from male members, invite guest speakers, and encourage deeper mentoring relationships within the church. By doing so, we create opportunities for accountability, spiritual growth, and genuine community. Serving Beyond the Pulpit Our men don’t only serve in church services. They volunteer in outreach programs, youth mentoring, community service, and prayer initiatives. This day is a chance to celebrate their contributions and encourage more men to take active roles in church ministry. Prayer Focus We will dedicate a special prayer during our service to uplift men in our congregation and beyond: for strength in their families, wisdom in their decisions, healing where there is pain, and courage to lead in faith. We believe that prayer changes lives and that God has mighty plans for each man in our fellowship. Encouraging Purpose-Driven Lives God’s purpose is not just for Sunday attendance—it affects every area of life. International Men’s Day is a call for men to reflect on their God-given destiny: as fathers, husbands, business leaders, community members, and servants of Christ. We encourage our men to step into their calling with boldness, prayer, and purpose. Inviting the Community We warmly invite men in Columbus and beyond—churchgoers, seekers, and those curious about faith—to join us for a special International Men’s Day service . Come hear messages of hope, faith, and purpose. Be part of a community where you can grow spiritually and serve others. A Blessing for All Men To every man: thank you for your presence, your service, and your faith. On this International Men’s Day, may you feel honoured, seen, and valued. May God bless you richly, guide your path, and strengthen you to live out His calling.

As communities face uncertainty and rapid change, churches are stepping forward not only as places of worship but as beacons of hope and service. At Gethsemane Prayer Ministries, our mission is clear — faith must move beyond the pulpit and into the streets. The Shift Toward Outreach Modern ministry is about connection. Churches are launching food drives, mentoring programmes, and community aid initiatives to meet real needs. At Gethsemane Prayer Ministries, we’re expanding our outreach to reach families, youth, and those struggling with life’s challenges. Embracing Digital Evangelism Technology now plays a key role in spreading the Gospel. Through live-streamed services, online prayer meetings, and Bible study podcasts, we’re reaching souls far beyond the four walls of our church. Building Strong Families Faith begins at home. Our family-centred teachings and support groups help strengthen marriages, encourage parental leadership, and nurture Godly values in children. The Call to Serve Every believer has a role to play. Whether it’s volunteering in outreach events or simply praying for others, service is how faith finds its feet. At Gethsemane Prayer Ministries, we believe revival isn’t just about miracles — it’s about love in action. In 2025, our prayer is simple: that Columbus and beyond will see Christ through the way we serve.

In the bustling city of Columbus, GA, it’s easy to feel disconnected. At Gethsemane Pentecostal Ministries, we believe in the power of community and the importance of having a place to belong. Find your purpose, build lasting friendships, and experience the strength that comes from a shared faith. Come as you are, and let’s grow together.

In the spiritual life of a community, a foundation built on prayer and purpose is essential. A ministry's mission often centers on helping individuals deepen their personal faith and connect with a larger community of believers. This involves creating opportunities for both private reflection and communal worship. Central to this is a strong emphasis on Bible-based worship and prayer . By grounding teachings in the Holy Scriptures, a ministry can provide a consistent and reliable framework for spiritual understanding. This is often complemented by regular services and studies that foster unity and shared growth. In an age of digital connectivity, leveraging technology like online meetings for Bible studies can make these resources accessible to a wider audience, breaking down geographical barriers and allowing for continued engagement. Beyond worship, a vibrant faith community often focuses on tangible impact. This can be seen in community outreach and youth ministry programs . These initiatives put faith into action, addressing the needs of the wider community and providing a spiritual home for the younger generation. By engaging in service and fostering an environment of support and empathy, a ministry can offer a sense of belonging and purpose that resonates deeply with its members.

We have entered the month of July—a threshold moment that quietly invites us to reflect, refocus, and realign. At Gethsemane Ministries International, the significance of this season runs deeper than the passing of time. July sits at the center of the year, marking a spiritual midpoint where the first half of the journey meets the promise of what is still to come. For our church family in Columbus, Georgia, this is not just another month—it is an opportunity to pause, listen, and grow. July carries with it a shift in atmosphere. The air is warmer, the days are longer, and the world seems to slow down just enough for us to catch our breath. In this stillness, we are reminded of the garden that gave our ministry its name—Gethsemane. It was there, in the quiet hours before His greatest sacrifice, that Jesus demonstrated what it means to submit fully to the will of God. It was there that He prayed not for comfort, but for strength to carry out His purpose. This moment in scripture echoes through the walls of our church, guiding our mission and shaping our identity. This time of year naturally prompts introspection. What have we accomplished so far? Where have we fallen short? What are we being called to do with the remaining months of the year? At Gethsemane Ministries, we believe these are not just questions for our individual lives, but for us as a community of faith. July is when we recalibrate—not only as believers, but as a body united in the Spirit, committed to the calling to evangelize, equip, and edify. In this season, we find renewed clarity. The noise of the world begins to fade, making room for the voice of God to come through more distinctly. It is in this quieting that our hearts become fertile ground for new revelation. We lean into prayer with deeper intention. We revisit the Word with fresh eyes. We listen more carefully for divine direction, trusting that the same God who has brought us this far will carry us forward. Gethsemane Ministries International is built on the truth that transformation begins in the secret place—in communion with God. July brings us back to that sacred foundation. It invites us to seek His face more earnestly, to pray with humility, and to worship with undistracted devotion. As a church planted in Columbus, GA but rooted in a global vision, we embrace this moment not just for ourselves, but for every soul we are called to reach. This month, we choose to step into the second half of the year with faith, purpose, and expectation. We are reminded that God’s timing is not ours, and that sometimes the most powerful growth happens beneath the surface, before it is ever seen. July is our reminder to trust that even in silence, God is working. Even in waiting, He is preparing. Even in weariness, He is sustaining. As we move through this sacred month, our hearts remain open and our spirits aligned. We carry forward the mission entrusted to us—not out of routine, but out of reverence. And we do so with joy, knowing that every step taken in faith draws us closer to His will. We are in July—and we are exactly where God intends us to be.
